By downloading or using Ringkas (“the App”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of the App

Ringkas provides book summaries and learning content for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

Copy, redistribute, or resell the App or its content.
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Interfere with app functionality or attempt unauthorized access.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

To access premium features, users may be required to create an account or purchase a subscription.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s In-App Purchases.
Payments are charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Ringkas does not provide refunds for unused subscription periods.

3. Intellectual Property

All content—including summaries, text, audio, graphics, and branding—belongs to Ringkas and its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or repurpose content without written permission.

4. Content Disclaimer

Ringkas summaries provide educational insights and are not a substitute for reading the full books. We are not responsible for accuracy, interpretation, or reliance on content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Ringkas is not liable for damages arising from use of the app, interruptions, data loss, or reliance on content.

6. Termination

Ringkas reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in misuse or unauthorized activity. Premium access will end immediately upon termination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the appropriate local courts.
